CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT

By using any of the Services, completing the booking form or providing booking information via email or other forms to arrange a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. I may change the Terms at any time upon notice as I deem appropriate under the circumstances, by posting a revised version on my website or by notifying you through the Services. The revised version will be effective immediately upon publication but will not apply retroactively. Your continued use of the Services after the revised version is posted constitutes your acceptance of such revised version.

THE SERVICES

My consultancy is a lifestyle companionship service that offers companionship on trips and social activities. Any actions/activities mentioned on my website are merely an indication of personal lifestyle interests and activities that I enjoy, as well as possible suggestions for activities related to you. They do not represent a menu or a contractual agreement for the services to be provided. Your payment is solely for my time with you.

YOUR PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Rest assured that all your booking information will be kept confidential and will never be shared with third parties. Additionally, I will never ask you to provide unnecessary personal information. Any sensitive information or discussions exchanged during our meeting will be kept completely confidential. Your privacy is 100% guaranteed and I promise to do everything I can to protect your integrity.

SCREENING AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION

You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking and must not submit a booking under false pretenses. In certain cases, I may request additional information from you for verification purposes. For example, I may ask you to provide identification such as a passport or driver’s license, bank statements or other information, whether during the booking process or at the start of your session. I reserve the right to refuse your booking or cancel your session if I have verified your information or have not, in my discretion, acted on a request for information.

MY PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

You must respect my privacy. Sharing any kind of my personal information or private information about me (e.g. information that is not publicly available or publicly related to me directly or indirectly) to third parties is strictly prohibited. Whether this information is obtained during the booking process, cancellation, service provision or otherwise. This is a breach of my privacy and these Terms of Use and may result in legal action against you.

PUBLIC REVIEWS

For reasons of privacy and discretion of my Gentlemen, public evaluation of my services is not permitted. Leaving a public review about the features of my service or publicly sharing private and confidential details of our session on a review platform or online forum is a breach of these Terms of Use and may result in legal action against you.

BOOKING AND COMMUNICATION

All booking requests should only be made via the booking form, email or other forms specified on my website. You must honestly provide all required booking information and provide some information about yourself, interests and expectations. It should be polite and not contain explicit and offensive language. Submitting the booking form and providing the booking information will not automatically give you an appointment. It’s just a request. I will not accept bookings until I am satisfied with the information provided and will only do so at my discretion. Therefore, it is important that you be cooperative.

PAYMENTS

Payment for the service is exclusively for my time and with you. Unless otherwise agreed, all payments should be made in Euros (€) or in Swiss Francs (CHF) by bank transfer, credit card, Cash App and in cash only. cash payments are counted and checked for authenticity at the time of payment. Any outstanding fees must be paid upon arrival or within 10 minutes of our meeting. Please place the donation in plain sight. It should be in an unsealed envelope. I understand that the immediate excitement of getting to know me can sometimes result in missed payment and the session continuing naturally without paying your outstanding fees. In such a case, you must correct the error immediately after receiving a reminder. Unless otherwise agreed, failure to comply will result in the immediate termination of your session. If you are notified of the error after the appointment and are asked to pay or are sent an invoice, you must pay the outstanding fee immediately or by the due date of your invoice. If I do not do so, I will be in breach of these Terms of Use and I reserve the right to take any lawful action I deem appropriate in the circumstances to secure payment plus any subsequent costs.

DEPOSITS

All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit and, where applicable, full payment of travel costs to secure a date. Unless otherwise agreed, deposits can only be made by Bank transfer, debit or credit card, Paypal, Cash App and cash. Deposits can be made in cash by post at your own expense and risk, but your booking will only be confirmed once received. You are responsible for any loss in transit or non-delivery. Deposits are non-refundable, however other advance payments will be fully refunded less any costs already incurred. This excludes travel expenses and other payments that are part of your stated total deposit. Deposits with a cancellation notice of 48 hours or more may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment, but any further cancellation will invalidate the appointment. All deposits expire after one month without refinancing.

CANCELLATIONS

Please know that my time is very valuable and that I reserve an appointment for you. I therefore have a 48 hour cancellation policy. This means that cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the start of your appointment. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours incur a 50% fee. If canceled within 24 hours or less of your appointment and in the event of a no-show, the full fee will be charged. Failure to pay any applicable cancellation fees is a breach of these Terms of Use and may result in necessary legal or other lawful action against you, including barring you from future bookings.

REFUNDS

Deposits and full fees will be fully refunded if I cancel our meeting. This excludes the termination or cancellation of a session due to inappropriate behavior or breach of any terms and conditions as set out in these Terms of Use. Deposits are non-refundable. Any amount paid within your stated total deposit is non-refundable. If a full fee is paid in advance, the excess of the stated total deposit will be refunded in full, subject to the cancellation and deposit conditions set out in these Terms of Use.

For card payments and Cash App, the refund will be credited back to the original card/Cash App account. It may take up to 14 business days for the card refund to appear on your card statement. For other payment methods, it may not be possible to process a refund using the original payment method due to privacy reasons. In such circumstances, I will do my best to provide an alternative method that is more convenient for you. However, it is important to note that the choice is entirely at my discretion.

GENERAL BEHAVIOR AND BOUNDARIES

You are expected to act responsibly and respectfully throughout our engagements. Haggling and unnecessary discussion of my fees is prohibited. Such behavior may lead to immediate termination of your session or cancellation of your appointment without a refund. I will always make my boundaries crystal clear and expect all Gentlemen to respect my limits. I will not abide by unreasonable, aggressive and lewd behavior or language, and will terminate/cancel our meeting should your presence/interaction become unpleasant or uncomfortable at any stage in the booking process without a refund. You must not turn up to our meeting intoxicated. I will only meet Gentlemen who are free of obvious intoxication. If you are too drunk or high to act appropriately, I will bring our session to an immediate end. While it is okay to enjoy a few drinks and be merry, please know your limit.
